You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during delivery
You received the wrong product
The product has a manufacturing defect
đ Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
â Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product has been used or damaged after delivery
The product is returned without original packaging
The request is made after 3 days of delivery
The issue is due to customer error or change of mind

Refunds are processed within 5â7 working days after inspection
Refunds will be made using the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via mobile banking or cash, as applicable

Shipping charges are non-refundable
If the refund is due to an error from YP BAZAR, return shipping costs will be covered by us
