At YP BAZAR, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and fair refund process. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


✅ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

🕒 Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.


❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • The product is returned without original packaging

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • The issue is due to customer error or change of mind

  • Shipping or delivery charges


🔁 Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund

  3. Return the product as instructed by our team

  4. Product inspection will be completed after return

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via mobile banking or cash, as applicable


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the refund is due to an error from YP BAZAR, return shipping costs will be covered by us
